JC settings support

Please support the following properties for JC project:

1. Forum name, arbitrary trimmed string up to 50 chars
2. Forum caption (displayed on the main page under the forum name to give an additional information), arbitrary trimmed string up to 100 chars
3. Post preview size (Some pages use short post content not to clutter the view with big posts. As for now, short content includes first 200 post chars), integer value or null. NULL means there is no threshold and full post content should be shown everywhere.
