      Description

      How to repeat:
      1. Create User Group with name 'abc'.
      2. Try to create User Group with the same 'abc' name again
      As a result, the error message is shown in the pop-up window
      3. Try to create group with 'Abc' name
      Message in separate window is shown

      Expected that the same validation exception is shown after steps 2 and 3.

          If you see a window with error instead of a popup with error, then we have an unexpected error, it's not a problem with dialog windows. For each such issue we need separate bugs.
