Description

We need an ability to drag branches:

First of all when a branch is dragged, it can be dropped within the same section. Then the order of branches changes.
Branch can also be dropped into another section which results in removing it from current section and moving it to another one.

Note, that it should be clear when you're up to drop the branch whether it will appear before some other branch or after (ideally a space between branches should be highlighted).
