Page refreshing should leave Admins on the same page

This is to be discussed whether we need this or not.
As an Admin I'd like to be able to stay on the same page I was after I refresh it (press F5) so that I don't need to navigate manually to that page again.
Acceptance criteria:

• When I go to some any page and refresh the web page, I stay on the same page.
• All the input fields on the page have default values set.
• If some dialog window was opened, it's not visible after the refresh - the main page is shown.
