- Go to User Groups and see the list of them
- Go to the Forum Structure and create a new branch. While creating a branch, a a new User Group (moderators) is going to be created.
- Return to User Groups and you won't see the new group unless you refresh the page.

Yes, that's right. As for the start.
- reviewed the VM and removed redundant fields
- updated tests accordingly
If you open a User Groups page, then try to Edit some group, you will see that button Save doesn't close the window. The same thing with Delete.
Looks like this commit causes the problem.
Will be corrected by POULPE-265
Please, write unit tests that cover the change.
