Implement Session per Conversation pattern

In Poulpe there is a logical unit of conversation - a Page (not ZK page, but page from user perspective). So when a User clicks on some page (e.g. Users) a Hibernate Session should be started that finishes when User clicks on the other page, and then a new session starts.
