New password field in EditUser dialog

On the Users->Users page we need to change our editing dialog:

• There should be an input field called New Password
• If the field is empty, then the password doesn't change
• If the field was filled with some data, then usual validation from common should be applied and an MD5 hash should be stored into the database.

This issue depends on zk feature request.
