It is impossible to login as a user with russian letters in the name

      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Register a user with russian letters in the name (for ex.'Тестер') in uat.jtalks.org/jcommune and activate it
      2. login as this user at uat.jtalks.org/poulpe

      As a result, error about wrong login is shown
      Expected that all users possible to register at jcommune can login (with admin permissions, POULPE-228)
