      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Click on JCommune -> Forum Structure ->Section
      2. Dragging and dropping of branches

      Actual result: Following error message appears
      " org.jtalks.poulpe.model.entity.PoulpeBranch cannot be cast to org.jtalks.poulpe.model.entity.PoulpeSection"

      Expected result: Branch is moved.
