Exception is shown on creating a branch with incorrect name

      Description

      Following exception is shown on attempt to create a branch with 81 and more symbols in the name:

      		
Validation failed for classes [org.jtalks.poulpe.model.entity.PoulpeBranch] during persist time for groups [javax.validation.groups.Default, ]
List of constraint violations:[
ConstraintViolationImpl{interpolatedMessage='Branch name shouldn't be empty', propertyPath=name, rootBeanClass=class org.jtalks.poulpe.model.entity.PoulpeBranch, messageTemplate='{branch.name.emptiness_constraint_violation}'}

      Expected result: it is possible to create branch with branch name lenght in (0;80] and the meaningful message is shown in case more than 80 symbols in the name
