- I click "Sections" and a page with list of all sections and all related to them branches is opened.
- I want to add a new branch to a certain section, so I click the "Add New Branch" button under the branches of this section. A popup appears where i can specify the name and description of the new branch.
- On submit the new branch is added to the bottom of the list of branches for this section.
- Validation is performed, if the name of the branch is not specified or the name entered already exists an error message appears.
- If the validation is successful, a validation message appears. Only after pressing the 'Confirm' button is the new branch added.
- By double-clicking a branch a popup opens allowing to edit branches attributes.

Notice: The interface should be able to show system information(buttons, system messages, some tab names etc.) in several languages. All the information specified by user can be in any language, which imposes using UTF-8 encoding.
