"Change Groups for branch Permissions" window looks wrong

      Tested on netbook with screen permission 1024 * 600
      Browsers: MF 13.0.1, Opera 11.62, Chrome 19.0.1084.56

      Description

      Go to Forum Structure, choose any branch, press Permissions, press any "Edit" button.

      As a result, the window "Change Groups for branch Permissions" is opened and it's elements looks wrong in different browsers (please, see attachment):

      • arrow buttons are placed under the lowest edge of the table (MF, Opera)
      • Save and Cansel buttons are half-seen (MF, Opera)
      • the lowest group name in the list is half-cut (Chrome, Opera)
