Exception is shown after quick clicking on "Permissions"

      Description

      1. Go to JCommune - Forum Structure, choose any section containing a branch
      2. Select the branch
      3. Select the section and right-click on it
      4. Very quickly, before the "Permissions" item of the menu has been changed by "Create a new branch", click on "Permissions"
        As a result the following exception is shown (please, see video attached): 
        org.jtalks.poulpe.model.entity.PoulpeSection cannot be cast to org.jtalks.poulpe.model.entity.PoulpeBranch

        Expected Result: "Creating a new branch" window should be opened
