Group checkbox is checked by default in "Change Groups for Branch Permission" dialog

      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Open Forum structure, create new section and branch
      2. Select "Permissions" for new created branch
      3. Click on Edit button and overview the "Change Groups for Branch Permission" dialog

      As a result, Group checkbox is checked in "Already added" part
      Expected, that checkbox in the header is checked in case there are items in the list and all items are selected.
