"Failed to mount: Cannot read property 'defaultView' of undefined" error appears on additing

There are no clear steps to reproduce, please try following:

1. Create Forum component
2. Create New Section
3. Created new Branch
4. right-click on Branch name, choose Permission

As a result, error message appears;
