NullPointer Exception appears on creating branch

      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create New Section, expand it
      2. right-click not on the Section label(see video attached)
        Note, that section name is empty in created dialog
      3. define all fields except Section and save the branch

      As a result, NullPointer exception is shown.
      It is expected, that validation message like "Section should be defined" appears
