Experimental Feature checkbox in component properties

We need to have a Configuration context menu while pressing on Poulpe (like with JCommune), there should be a checkbox 'Enable Experimental Features' that should be switched off by default.
You can take a look at how JCommune properties are implemented and do something similar.
