When Edit groups in Personal permission , text disappears in inactive window

1.Log in to Admin panel
2. Go to Users->Personal Permissions
3. Click on any Edit button in right side of the screen

Actual result: Text in inactive window not shown(look an attachment)
Expected result: Text should be shown in inactive wnd
