Improvement for Search functionality.

At this moment in the system very difficult to find necessary information. It would be more convenient if on the 'A list of Users', 'User banning' and 'Groups' screen would be possible to filter data by all columns.

1. On the 'A list of Users' screen should have the manual entry box for the Username, E-mail, First name, Last name and Role columns. The user should have an ability to filter by individual column. Also the user should have an ability to filter by several column, for example - 'by Last Name and by First Name'. For additional information please look at the attached file.
   Note: There are two suggested variant how to perform search, the first variant similar to search functionality on the Forum (the user types some value and if he presses the Enter button - result will show, if he click the 'X' button - all results will clear), the second is similar to implemented on the Admin Panel.
