Admin Welcome page is displayed to user, when s/he logs in Poulpe

At the moment, the logged in Admin sees blank page

The information which is really useful

• Date of last deployment
• Date of last DB changes
• Application version
• Username of logged in user
• Date and time of last login for this user
• Link to logs storage

Information which could be useful

• JCommune various statistic (e.g. Number of new users, new posts, number of views per day/week, etc.)
• History of last changes (E.g. "changed permissions of Branch1: Group1 added, Group2 removed")
• Last posts from JCommune (like feed)
• Current list of Administrators

Note:
All features described here are supposed to have separate sub-tasks.
