The branch moderating group name should be displayed on the Branch permissions page

      Description

      1. Go to Admin -> Section -> Edit branch permissions

      Actual result:
      User doesn't have information about moderating group while editing the permissions
      S/he has to remember it or write it down somewhere

      Expected result:
      The corresponding group name is displayed below the page title

            Why would you make TreeModel's scope=desktop? This seems to be too global change to solve current task. Try doing it in different way.

            Evgeny Kapinos, isn't it possible to show that label without using HTML tags, bur rather - pure ZK tags?
