1. Go to Admin -> Section -> Edit branch permissions
2. Try to return back to the section

Actual result:

• User is redirected either to Section list or Admin 1st page
• User has to search for edited branch, expand the section again, etc.

Expected result:

• User has the way to return back to the expanded section, where the edited branch is placed

E.g.
1. On the top of any Branch permission page there is a link "Back to [section name] section"

2. When user clicks the link:

• the Forum Structure page is opened
• Selected section is expanded
