Open Users, then switch to User Groups section.
Then repeat following steps:
1) Right click on any group.
2) Press button 'Add group'.(Line with some group should be still selected)
3) Close 'Add group' dialog by clicking 'Cancel' button.
4) Right click on line(group) witch are still selected.
5) Choose 'Edit group' menu.
Result: As you see there is empty group name/description at this dialog.
Expected result:
Group are opens for edit. Fields name are not empty and contains selected group name. Description field contains group description.

3. Why you didn;t changed the status in case you change something?

Steps:

Group are opens for edit. Fields name are not empty and contains selected group name. Description field contains group description.
Test passed, Issue can be closed.
What role can I reproduce this bug? Why can't Administrators edit any groups?
