Make the backup filename more informative

1. Go to Poulpe -> Components -> Components -> Admin Panel
2. Right click Admin Panel and select Backup Database

At the moment new created backup file has the name: jtalks.sql

I'd suggest to add the date and time as well as the word "backup".

Example:
yyyymmdd.hhmmss_jtalks_backup.sql
