Error "Foreign key constraint is incorrectly formed" when trying to restore backup created using Poulpe UI

How to reproduce:
1. Go to Poulpe -> Components -> Components -> Admin Panel
2. Right click Admin Panel and select Backup Database

3. Create new empty DB (I used My SQL 5.5.25a)
4. Extract and run backup versus new DB

AR:
The SQL error appears when script runs the row "CREATE TABLE `BRANCHES` ("
[Error]
SQL Error (1005): Can't create table 'b.branches' (errno: 150)
Foreign key constraint is incorrectly formed
[OK]

ER:
The backup run till the end without errors
