Error 500 is shown on inputing invalid page's number of users' list

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to the list of users (Users => Users)
2. In the field for page's number input a number greater than 2 (For example: '5')
3. In the search input valid name user (For example: 'petya')

Actual result: Error 500: «Unable to set active page to 1 since only 1 pages» is shown (see attachment).

Expected result: User name is found
