Move common classes to common modules

Some classes should be moved from Poulpe to common modules:

• JndiAwarePropertyPlaceholderConfigurer (on JCommune side there is the same class but with greater coverage, it might be the best choice to take it)
• Jdbc Deregisterer

Some classes should be moved from JCommune to common:

• LoggingConfigurationFilter

In Poulpe we need to start using LoggingConfigurationFilter, in JCommune we should start using Jdbc Deregisterer.
