Add page navigation buttons in "Members of group" window

Please, add page navigation buttons to the right part of "Members of group" window (these buttons only exist on the left part now, see screenshot 1).

Steps to reproduce

1. Choose any group with less then 51 members added
2. Right-click on the group and choose "Edit members"

Actual Result: "Members of group" screen is opened, page navigation buttons only are shown on "Available Users" part of the screen (on the left)

Expected Result:

• page navigation buttons should be shown on both "Available Users" and "Users already in the group" parts of the screen. (see screenshot 2)
• "Next" and "Previous" arrows should be disabled on "Users already in the group" part.

Please, delete the dark line over the the right part of "Members of group" window.

Steps to reproduce

1. Choose any group with more then 50 members added
2. Right-click on the group and choose "Edit members"

Actual Result: "Members of group" screen is opened, but the dark line is shown over the page navigation buttons on "Users already in the group" part (on the right, see screenshot 2, the yellow rectangle)

Expected Result: no dark line should be shown, as there is no such line over the left part of this screen
