Login REST service should react on GET requests

      Description

      We're not satisfied with current service because it doesn't follow REST paradigm. We need to change POST request to GET and bad response should look like error code like 404.
      Note, that currently working service shouldn't disappear to be compatible with Antarcticle. So 2 identical services will co-exist and could be found on the same URL.
