Add labels for all properties of JCommune component

Steps to reproduce:

1. On page http://uat.jtalks.org/poulpe/, in “Component” folder click on “Component” subfolder.
   List with all components appears on the right side of the page.
2. Open Right click menu over JCommune component and select "Configure".

Actual result: There are extra text fields without labels.
Expected result: In the configuration window all fields have labels; changings of this values are applying to the JCommune component
