Poulpe creates erroneous records in DB if you open Personal permissions after clean install.

      Description

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Deploy JC and configure it to use empty database.
      2. Start JC (you needn't log)
      3. Deploy Poulpe and configure it to use the same database.
      4. Login as admin/admin.
      5. Open Personal permissions mode.
      Actual result: Record with sid=user:0 appears in acl_sid table after step 3. Several records are also created in acl_object_identity.
      Expected result: sid field always corresponds to existing entity id, not 0.

            General impression is very good. JavaDocs & commit message are impressive.
            But next time it's better to send a PR - easier to see what changed comparing to `master`. Also, see minor comments to the commit.

            Actual result = Expected result
            There is no user with id=0 in DB and logs

            Test results:
            Issue can be closed
            But POULPE-530 was found
