As administrator I should be able to set the moderators for certain branches. In order to do it:
1. I click "Sections" and a page with list of all sections and their branches is opened.
2. I click on the "Manage Moderator" button on the right hand side of the branch I want to edit.
3. A popup appears where a list of current moderators is present along with a search field.
4. I type an username, while typing auto-completion shows possible suggestion, matching what has been entered so far.
5. After I have set the moderators for the branch I submit changes.
