Moving Branches Between Sections

As an admin I would like to move branches from one section to another

1. I enter the admin panel and select "Sections" tab
2. I drag a branch from the second section and drop it to the position, I desire, in the first section
3. A popup appears asking for confirmation: "Do you really want to move the branch from section 1 to section 2?". If confirmed:
a. All the branches in the first section that should appear after the branch just moved, shift one position down.
b. All the branches in the second section that used to be after the branch just moved, shift one position above.
