Manage Branch Permissions
As an administrator I am responsible for managing permissions for branches. In order to give permission to some users I need to add the group that they belong to in the list of groups with permission.
- I go to Section page and press Manage Permission button
- I am being redirected to a new page where there is a list of all permissions and restrictions concerning branches and the groups that are permitted/restricted
Grant Permission to a group
- In order to add a group to the list of groups allowed to do certain action I press the Add/Remove button corresponding to this permission.
- A popup appears where I can look up for the group I would like to grant a permission. Also a list of all the groups that already have this permission is available.
- When I am ready I press Save button in order to save changes
Revoke Permissions of a group
- In order to revoke some permission of a groups I press the Add/Remove button corresponding to this permission.
- A popup appears where I can look up for a group. Also a list of all the groups that already have this permission is available.
- I select the group which permission I want to revoke and press remove button.
- I press save button after I am done
