As admin I want to be able to create/update/delete different topic types on the page of general configuration.
1. When I go to the Posting tab of General configuration, I can see a list of possible post types.
2. If I push Add button, a popup window appears that suggests to enter a Title and Description of a new Post type.
3. After submitting it, newly created topic type appears in the list.
a. If I try to submit another Topic type with the same name, the field with the title becomes red.
4. If I double click on the existing type, the same popup window appears, but its fields are filled. I then can edit all the fields and submit new values.
5. If I move mouse over the Topic type, a hint should appear with the description of the Topic type.
6. If I select one (or multiple) topic types, I can then press Remove button and a popup window appears with a question whether I'm stupid enough to remove the types ('Are you sure you want to remove the selected item(s)?'). If I confirm that I'm mentally normal (push 'Yes'), selected items should be removed from the list.
