      1. Create ADMIN-user for "€œJCommune"€, log in and enable administration mode.
      2. Select one of the proposed languages in the language menu.

      • for the russian language the tooltip is “Редактор внешних ссылок”.
      • for the ukrainian language the tooltip is «Редактор зовнiшнiх посилань».
      • for the english language the tooltip is “External link editor”.
