      Pre-conditions:

      1. User is registered and logged.
      2. User has Admin permission for Jcommune.
      3. Administration mode is enabled

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Select the Ukrainian/Spanish language in the top right
      2. Open 'External link editor' and view the dialog window title

      For Ukrainian language:
      Actual result: "Редактор посилань"
      Expected result: "Редактор зовнiшнix посилань"

      For Spanish language:
      Actual result: "Editor de elnaces externos"
      Expected result: "Editor de los enlaces externos"

      NOTE: Issue also exists in all editors of "External link editor": the "Add link" editor, "Edit link" editor and "Delete link" editor.
      NOTE: Issue also exists in tooltip for "External link editor" button.
