Subscription about closing/reopening Q&A, when user subscribes to own Q&A

Pre-Conditions:

1. User1 and User2 are registered and logged in
2. At least one branch is created
3. The branch has Q&A
4. User1 has unchecked "Auto subscribe" checkbox in the profile
5. User1 subscribes to Q&A, which he created
6. User1 doesn't subscribe to branch, where he created Q&A
7. User2 has permission VIEW_TOPICS, CLOSE_TOPICS on appropriate branch
