Check out notification aater deliting other comment with checked 'Auto subscribe'

Pre-condition:

1. User1 and User2 are registered and logged in
2. At least one branch is created
3. User2 created a topic.
4. At least one comment is left by other user in this topic
5. User1 has unchecked "Auto subscribe" checkbox in the profile
6. User2 has permission DELETE_OTHERS_POSTS, CREATE_POSTS
7. User1 has permission CREATE_POSTS, VIEW_POSTS
