Pre-condition:

User1 and User2 are registered and logged in
At least one branch is created
User2 created a topic.
At least one comment is left by other user in this topic
User1 has unchecked "Auto subscribe" checkbox in the profile
User2 has permission DELETE_OTHERS_POSTS, CREATE_POSTS
User1 has permission CREATE_POSTS, VIEW_POSTS
