Subscription about closing/reopening topic, when User subscribes to own topic and appropriate branch, has unchecked 'Auto-subscribe' in the profile

Pre-Conditions:
1. User1 and User2 are registered and logged in
2. At least one branch is created
3. User1 has unchecked "Auto subscribe" checkbox in the profile
4. User2 has permissions VIEW_TOPICS, CLOSE_TOPICS on an appropriate branch
5. User1 has permission CREATE_POSTS on an appropriate branch
