      1. You should create Q/A topic in your branch
      2. You should have CREATE_POSTS and VIEW_TOPIC permission
      3. Create answer in created Q/A topic
      4. Go to created Q/A topic

      Check tootips message for languages:
      English: 'You can't vote for your own question/answer'
      Russian: 'Вы не можете голосовать за свой вопрос/ответ'
      Ukrainian: 'Ви не можете голосувати за власне питання/відповідь'
