User1 and User2 are registered and logged in
At least two branches are created
User1 has unchecked "Auto subscribe" checkbox in the profile
User1 has permission CREATE_POSTS on an appropriate branch
User2 has permissions VIEW_TOPICS, MOVE_TOPICS on an appropriae branch
