      Preconditions:

      1. Questions and Answers plugin should be enabled
      2. You should have branch with two created Q/A: topic1 and topic2
      3. You should have User1 and User2 with CREATE_POSTS and VIEW_TOPIC permission in this branch
      4. User1 should not be the author of topic1 and topic2
