      Description

      Preconditions:
      1. User1 and Use2 should be logged
      2. User1 shouldn have CREATE_POSTS and VIEW_TOPIC and shouldn't have MOVE_TOPIC permissions in Branch1
      3. User2 shouldn have CREATE_POSTS, VIEW_TOPIC and MOVE_TOPIC permissions in Branch1
      4. Both of users shouldn't have CREATE_POSTS permission in Branch2
      5. You should have created Q/A topic in Branch1
