Check out notification after deleting comment, user subscribes to topic, with checked "Auto subscribe"

Pre-condition:

1. User1 and User2 are registered and logged in
2. At least one branch is created
3. At least one topic is created by other user
4. User1 has checked "Auto subscribe" checkbox in the profile
5. User1 has permissions CREATE-POSTS, VIEW_POSTS
6. User2 has permission DELETE_OTHERS_POSTS, VIEW_POSTS
