      1. Questions and Answers plugin should be enabled
      2. You should have branch with created Q/A topic
      3. You should have User1 CREATE_POSTS and VIEW_TOPIC permission in this branch
      4. User1 should not be an author of Q/A topic
      5. Login to Forum as User1
