User subscribed on Q&A topic shouldn’t get email notification when other users edit his comment

Precondition:

1. User should have two registered users which logged in
2. User1 has permissions: VIEW_TOPIC, EDIT_OTHER_POSTS
3. User2 has permission: VIEW_TOPIC, CREATE_QUESTION
4. User2 has disabled auto-subscription in profile
5. At least one branch with Q&A topic of User2 is created
6. User2 subscribes on own Q&A topic
7. Start from Q&A topic with question of User2
