      Description

      Precondition:

      1. User should have two registered users which logged in
      2. User1 has permissions:VIEW_TOPICS, CREATE_QUESTIONS, CREATE_POSTS
      3. User2 has permissions:VIEW_TOPICS
      4. User2 has disabled auto-subscription in profile
      5. At least one branch with Q&A topic of user1 is created
      6. User2 subscribes on Q&A topic of user1
