1. User should be logged
2. At least one branch should be created
3. At least one Q&A topic should be created
4. User should have VIEW_TOPICS, CREATE_POSTS, CLOSE_TOPICS, MOVE_TOPICS, EDIT_OTHERS_POSTS, EDIT_OWN_POSTS, DELETE_OTHERS_POSTS, DELETE_OWN_POSTS and CREATE_QUESTIONS permissions
