At least one branch is created
User1 has checked "Auto subscribe" checkbox in the profile
User1 has permissions CREATE_POSTS, VIEW_POSTS
User2 has permissions DELETE_OTHERS_POSTS, VIEW_POSTS
User3 has permissions CREATE_POSTS, VIEW_POSTS
User3 created a topic.
